Best Place to View Fireworks

We used to live in Russian Hill, where thousands of people converged on Independence Day to view the fireworks. Look one way and you can see the show from Fisherman's Wharf. Turn the other and you can see what's going on near the Embarcadero or even across the bay in Oakland and Berkeley.
